1. Service
Mainplate provides software for managing watch-dealer operations, including inventory, clients, transactions, invoices, fulfillment, settings, and related business records.
Mainplate is a business operations tool. You are responsible for how you use it, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for complying with laws and obligations that apply to your business.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite into your Mainplate account.
3. Your Data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Mainplate.
Mainplate will not sell your dealer data, client lists, pricing, margins, serial numbers, transaction records, or inventory records to other dealers or competitors.
You give Mainplate permission to process your data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Mainplate to:
- violate the law or the rights of others;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
- attempt to access another account's data;
- misuse client, payment, identity, or confidential business information;
- resell, copy, or reverse engineer the service without permission.
5. Third-Party Services
Mainplate uses third-party providers to operate the service. These may include hosting, database, authentication, email, billing, and infrastructure providers.
If Mainplate links to or integrates with a third-party service, that service may have its own terms and policies.
6. Initial Free Access and Future Paid Plans
Mainplate is currently offered at no cost during initial access.
Paid plans may be introduced later. Once paid plans are introduced, Mainplate will provide advance notice before charging for continued use.
Future subscription fees, if any, will be billed according to the plan terms presented at the time of purchase.

Mainplate may update the service, add or remove features, or change availability as the product develops.
8. Termination
You may stop using Mainplate at any time. Mainplate may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the service, or fail to pay future subscription fees when paid plans are introduced.
9. Disclaimers
Mainplate is provided as a software service and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, or compliance advice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
