Refund Policy

Mainplate is currently available at no cost during initial access. Because no subscription fees are currently charged, there are no paid subscription fees to refund.

If paid plans are introduced later, subscription fees will generally be billed in advance and will be non-refundable except where required by law or where Mainplate approves a refund or credit for a billing error or service issue.
